GAME SCORES

Use this form for coaches to report game results. It should be done by the winning team's coach, but if it's not done within a few days it becomes the responsibility of both team's coaches. Be specific. Take all the space you need. Be sure to mention the date, the league, the teams, the score, your name and e-mail address or phone number. If the game was not completed for any reason be sure to mention the exact circumstances so that your Division Commissioner can best handle rescheduling.
