2009 Registration - Web registration for players

You can use this form to register players for the 2009 season. Web registration requires that you pay by check. Parents who wish to pay cash must register at in-person registration.

Within several days, you will receive an e-mail invoice confirming your registration details and your balance. You must print that e-mail, sign it where indicated, and mail it to us with a check. All checks must be received within 14 days of our e-mail invoice. If we don't receive your check within 14 days, you will be notified by e-mail and/or phone that your web registration has been voided and that you must register at in-person registration.

Additional requests/comments

You may request that your children be placed on a team with their friends. Enter the name(s) in the box above, or on the "Comments" line for each player. Do not request more than 2 names; only the 1st 2 names will be recorded. This is only available for the Kickball, Baseball T-Ball, Baseball Gold, Softball T-Ball, Softball Minors and Babe Ruth Softball divisions. We will do our best to honor these requests, but there are no guarantees.

Problems?

A small number of our users have reported that they are unable to submit this form. The most common cause is Internet security software that is running on the user's computer.
